One night we allegedly had a few Jäger's. And we wondered what it would look like in a LiquiSlide. So we did it, unalledgedly, and we love the way it looks and sounds! Don't get upset... we only use about 15 milliliters of the mighty elixir per slide so it's not a huge waste. So, with that in mind, we don't recommend "breaking in case of emergency", however LiquiSlide does make for a fine shot glass! Allegedly.

The best slides you will ever play and hear.

The best slides you will ever play and hear. Everything about Michael Flynn’s LiquiSlide slides make them the best slides ever made. The highest quality glass, ball tip, double wall and filled with Michael’s secret liquid of various colors. I don’t know what the liquid is but the different color liquids available produce different tones also.
I purchased (3) three different sizes to try them all. I use my ring finger for slide. First, they are the only ball tip glass finger slides made. (Only solid glass bar slides have a ball tip but are only for playing a lap steel type guitar.) The pinky slide fits my ring finger as if it were custom made to fit. With such a great fit on my ring finger, I have so much more control over this slide compared to my standard glass slides. The tone is also amazing. So, this was my favorite slide until I tried the standard LiquiSlide size on my ring finger. Unreal!!!! The inside diameter is larger than the pinky slide, but it’s a better fit for more control thanks to the ball tip. The tip of my finger rests inside at the bottom of the ball tip. Once I press the slide down on to the strings the slide is now under full control with the tip of my finger resting in the belly of the ball tip. The other amazing thing about the ball tip is that you can move the slide horizontally across the strings without ever getting caught on a string like a standard slide.
I also tried the extra-long glass LiquiSlide which also sounds amazing, but I found that the standard slide is the best fit for the best control and unmatched tone for me.
I spent hours over an approximately two-week period playing with LiquiSlides, comparing them to all my standard glass slides. (About 20 of them, including glass, brass, and ceramic) I have some glass slides that were custom made in the UK for me. It was my favorite slide until I tried Michael Flynn’s LiquiSlides.
To be fair and clear, I compared the LiquiSlides to all these. The LiquiSlides are second to none.
