We offer a 14 day return window from the date you received your slide. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Ship back in the original box and use USPS Ground Advantage. Once we receive your return, you'll get a refund, minus any processing fee's, usually about $1.50, depending on the method of payment.

If your slide gets broken in transit, take a picture and email it to us at theliquislide@gmail.com. We'll get another on it's way to you immediately.
